MISSION

Holiday Club exists to close the gap between creative talent and access, supporting emerging creative artists aged 18–30 who face financial and systemic barriers to developing their practice and building sustainable careers through practical experience, mentorship and lasting industry relationships.

OUR APPROACH

We provide free creative education, industry-led training, mentoring and progression opportunities that give creative artists the space to develop their practice, build professional networks and gain meaningful experience. Our work connects the next generation of creative talent with working practitioners, cultural institutions and industry partners, creating routes into opportunities that can otherwise be difficult to access.

HOLIDAY CLUB SUMMER SCHOL

Holiday Club Summer School is our flagship free creative development programme, creating an alternative space for early-stage creative artists to learn, experiment, collaborate and build relationships with industry.

In 2026, the programme was made possible with support from Burberry, Dimz Inc. and the Royal College of Art. 24 participants joined us for an intensive three-week programme across Photography, Fashion Styling, Set Design and Journalism.

INDUSTRY ACCESS

A central part of Holiday Club is creating proximity to an industry that can otherwise feel difficult to access. Participants learn directly from working practitioners, visit cultural institutions, respond to real creative briefs and develop relationships with people working across fashion, art, design, music and media.

In 2026, this included industry access and learning with organisations including Karla Otto, Wild Island Films, LXL CREATIVE and the Royal College of Art, alongside visits to Tate and the Design Museum.
