A cultural studio shaping how creative talent is seen, supported, and hired.
Holiday Club began from a personal place; before being a studio, a programme, or a platform, it was a response to navigating the creative industry without a map, understanding first-hand how difficult it can be for talented, capable people to be seen, trusted, and placed in the right environments.
Five years on, Holiday Club now operates as a cultural studio focused on how creative talent is identified, developed, and placed. We work with organisations that understand hiring is more than filling a vacancy. Companies that see talent as central to culture, brand, and long-term growth. We’ve spent years incubating and championing talent, not simply sourcing it. We understand where individuals are in their journey, what they’re capable of, and what environments they genuinely thrive in.
What We Do
Holiday Club works with organisations to rethink how creative roles are communicated, positioned, and discovered.
We design hiring campaigns that sit at the intersection of culture and clarity, combining storytelling, audience insight, and editorial judgement to attract the right people to roles.
Alongside this, we run an active talent platform shaped by years of incubation, programming, and editorial work. This provides us with a deep understanding of where talent originates, how it develops, and what environments foster its growth and development.
Our work spans:
• Hiring campaigns and role visibility
• Employer branding through culture-led storytelling
• Talent access and shortlisting support
• Editorial and community-led audience engagement
We don’t treat hiring as a transaction — we treat it as a moment of alignment between people, culture, and opportunity.

Holiday Club magazine is an extension of how we think.
Published annually, it brings together conversations, profiles, and projects with emerging and influential figures across culture and creativity.
Each issue serves as both a platform for new voices and a record of the ideas, people, and cultural moments shaping the world our talent is entering.
Holiday Club — Summer School

- DAZED
Holiday Club Summer School is the foundation of our work with talent.
Originally established as a response to the lack of access, guidance, and real-world exposure available to early-stage creatives, the Summer School is an incubator-led programme designed to support individuals at the very beginning of their careers.
Each year, we work closely with a small cohort of participants, focusing on building confidence, fostering creative thinking, enhancing professional readiness, and providing exposure to the industry. The programme brings together workshops, mentoring, collaborative projects, and cultural experiences led by practitioners working across fashion, media, design, production, and communications.
Participants are not treated as applicants or attendees, but as collaborators. We spend time understanding how they think, how they work, and where they show potential insight that can only be built through sustained, hands-on engagement. The Summer School is not about fast outcomes. It is about long-term development, trust, and care values that sit at the core of Holiday Club.
